Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital downloads and subscriptions, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once content has been accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • Downloadable flashcards, coloring pages, posters
  • Subscription-based digital content or memberships

2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, contact us within 48 hours at support@aqeelacademy.com with proof of the transaction. We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate payment only.


3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before the renewal date.
